Artebonito.com guarantees your satisfaction with your art, ensuring it arrives exactly as described. Our team takes great care in packaging and delivering your art on time. Rest assured that our dedicated Customer Service team is here to help if there is any loss or damage.
Packaging process
We safely protect your art prints during shipping by securely positioning them between two pieces of cardboard, enclosing them in a clear rigid PVC case, or rolling them up and placing them in a cardboard tube.
Our Shipping Promise:
Your orders will be carefully dispatched within 1-3 working days, ensuring prompt delivery.
Our special shipping rates within the US allow you to combine as many loose prints as you like for a flat fee of $16. For international shipping, the rate is $65, allowing you to combine multiple loose prints. Please note that shipping rates for framed artwork within the USA vary based on size, weight, and price.

Customs & Import Taxes Policy:
Take charge of your international orders; Buyers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and any related delays in their countries.
Return & Exchange Policy
- All inquiries must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
- The buyer must obtain the seller’s written approval to return products for exchange or store credit.
- To return products for a refund, the buyer must obtain the seller’s written approval and is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Defective products or damaged during shipping are eligible for replacement free of shipping charge.
- Framed artworks are made to order and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
- All returned items, such as Lithographs or other prints, must have the seller’s written approval and should be returned in the original box in good condition, conforming to the condition in which the items were initially sold. This means no damage such as fingerprints, stains, creases, bumps, bends, or other damage.
- All returned products for all matters and reasons are payable by buyers.
- If a buyer makes a return without prior written approval from the seller, it will not be considered valid and cannot be reimbursed.
- Upon receiving the returned package and carefully inspecting the packaging and its contents, if there is apparent customer negligence in handling the artwork or packaging, Artebonito.com will not accept the return, and no reimbursement will be provided.
