Edna Hibel (1917-2014) was an American artist born in Boston, Massachusetts. She studied at the Boston Museum School of Fine Arts and enjoyed a painting career that lasted over 60 years. Hibel developed the “Arte Ovale” style and is best known for her impressionistic landscapes and portraits of children. Her artwork has been exhibited at the Hibel Museum of Art.
